What this site saves in your browser, why, and how to change your mind. Updated 11 October 2026.
You haven’t chosen yet.
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser so it can remember things. Websites can also save small notes in the browser’s own storage, which do the same job. This page covers both.
These make the site work, so they don’t need your permission. None of them track you.
| Name | What it’s for | How long |
|---|---|---|
cbc-build-ventuscbc-build-luxus | Remembers the van you’ve put together on the Ventus and Luxus pages, so it’s still there when you come back. It stays in your browser unless you send it with an enquiry. | Until you clear it |
cbc-cookies | Remembers whether you said yes or no to analytics cookies, so we don’t keep asking. | Until you clear it |
We use PostHog to see how the site is used: which pages people look at, what they click and where they get stuck. It’s stored on PostHog’s servers in the EU and reaches them through our own website address.
| Name | What it’s for | How long |
|---|---|---|
ph_…_posthog(a cookie, with a copy in browser storage) | A random ID, so that visits from the same browser count as one visitor instead of a new one each time. | 1 year |
ph_…_window_idph_…_primary_window_exists | Keeps one visit together across the pages you open in a tab. | Until you close the tab |
If you accept and later send us an enquiry, we add your name to that visit, so we can see which pages helped you decide. Nothing else from the form goes to our analytics.
If you say no, none of these are saved. We still count visits, but anonymously: nothing is stored on your device, each visit is a fresh anonymous one, and your name is never attached.
Either way, anything you type into a form is hidden from our analytics, and we don’t use advertising or social media cookies.
Use the “Change my choice” button at the top of this page whenever you like. Saying no after a yes removes the analytics cookies straight away. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser’s settings, which removes everything listed here, including your saved van.
